Every problem on CtrlDogma is worth points based on how hard it is:

• Foundational — 10 points
• Intermediate — 25 points
• Advanced — 50 points

You get the points the first time you solve a problem correctly, not again if you resubmit or come back to it later. Your CD Score, shown on your profile, is just the sum of everything you've solved, both overall and split by track, so you can see where you're actually strongest. Since harder problems pay more, two Advanced solves add up to more than five Foundational ones.

Here's how ranking actually works:

• Your rank is where your CD Score lands compared to everyone else's, highest to lowest.
• If two people end up with the same score, whoever got there first ranks above the other, so being consistent matters too, not just being correct.
• You need at least 3 solved problems before you show up on the leaderboard, so people who've barely started aren't sitting there next to everyone else.
• Scores and ranks update the moment you solve something, nothing to claim or refresh.

And if you'd rather not be on this public page at all, you can turn that off from Edit Profile whenever you want. Your score still counts either way, it just won't show up here.
